This is a journey and a process that not only make them soulful but also creative and innovative. When the gate is crossed and the voice suspended the individuals inner flame for creative change and ability to move forward is boosted.Bennis, Goleman & OToole (2008) state that majority of the leaders do not recognize the potential of what they are faced with because they excessively dwell on the past trend that they are used to.
