The main reason for the Common Agricultural policywas to make gardening a self satisfactory entity in The EuropeanUnion.The six member states of the European Union proposed to do this bycreating a stable market for bucolic produce and at the equivalent timekeeping prices at an affordable level for consumers.The heads of the European Union (E.U) believed that Agriculture wasone of the near significant industries in spite of appearance the E.U .and as a get out agreed that special attention needed to be focused on this scopeof European policy. When the provinces of Europe got together in thelate 1950s, agriculture was eventful to their economies and evenmore important to their culture and societies (Wyn, G. 1997 pg6)The common Agricultural policy which was finally agreed upon in 1962and fully enforced in 1967 is to date the most fully integratedarea in European policy.
